1. Is the S$80 Setup Fee refundable?
The S$80 Setup Fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once the Player’s registration is confirmed. This is a mandatory, one-time charge that covers administrative costs and the official, mandatory Academy training kit.
Can I get a refund if we decide to withdraw mid-term?
Once the first session of the Term Course has commenced, the Tuition Fee is generally non-refundable. Refunds are only considered for extreme cases, such as documented, long-term medical reasons preventing participation, or relocation outside the operating region. A pro-rata calculation would apply if eligible.
What is your policy for make-up sessions or credits if my child is sick or goes on holiday?
Due to the fixed structure of the Term Course and commitment to consistent ratios, we do not offer refunds, credits, or fee adjustments for sessions missed by the Player due to personal reasons (illness, travel, or conflicting appointments).
Do returning players pay the Setup Fee again?
No. The S$80 Setup Fee is a one-time charge for new players only. Returning players who renew their Term Course enrollment are exempt from this fee.
Are make-up sessions ever provided?
Make-up sessions are not guaranteed. If offered, they are subject to availability in an alternative, age-appropriate class during the same Term Course and are typically limited to one (1) session per term. Unused credits cannot be carried forward to the next term.
What must my child wear to every training session?
Players must wear the mandatory official Jyeo_FootballAcademy kit and suitable footwear and shinguards to every single session for safety and discipline.
