Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern the relationship between Jyeo Football Academy (the "Academy") and the Parent/Guardian and the enrolled player (the "Player"). By completing the enrollment process and submitting payment, the Parent/Guardian agrees to be bound by these T&Cs.

1. General Enrollment and Acceptance

1.1 Acceptance: Enrollment is only confirmed upon receipt of the signed Digital Waiver, successful submission of the online enrollment form, and full payment of the required fees.

1.2 Age Groups: Enrollment is offered for designated age groups (currently U8 and U10). The Academy reserves the right to assign the Player to an age group based on their birth year and developmental needs.

1.3 Term Course: All standard enrollment is for a fixed Term Course (e.g., 12 sessions/4 months) as defined at the time of purchase. Partial enrollment is not permitted outside of specific promotional packages.

2. Fees and Payment Policy

2.1 Setup Fee (New Players Only): A one-time, non-refundable S$180 Setup Fee is mandatory for all new players. This fee covers administrative costs and the provision of the official, mandatory Academy training kit.

2.2 Kit Issue: The official kit remains the property of the Academy until the Setup Fee is paid in full. The kit is issued to the Player only once the fee is confirmed.

2.3 Tuition Fee: The Tuition Fee covers the cost of the entire fixed Term Course. Fees must be paid in full prior to the first session of the term.

2.4 Returning Players: Returning players who renew their Term Course enrollment are exempt from the Setup Fee (see Renewal Policy).

2.5 Late Payment: The Academy reserves the right to charge a late payment fee or suspend a Player's participation if the Tuition Fee is not received by the stated deadline.

3. Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Refunds

3.1 Setup Fee Refund: The S$180 Setup Fee is **strictly non-refundable** under any circumstances once the Player’s registration is confirmed, regardless of attendance.

3.2 **Term Course Withdrawal:** Should a Player withdraw from a Term Course before the start date, a full refund (minus the non-refundable Setup Fee, if applicable) will be issued.

3.3 **Post-Commencement Withdrawal:** Once the first session of the Term Course has commenced, the following refund policy applies: * **Refund Eligibility:** Refunds are only considered for documented, long-term medical reasons preventing participation, or relocation outside the operating region. * **Calculation:** If eligible, the refund will be calculated on a **pro-rata basis** (total tuition fee less a single administration fee of S$50 and the cost of sessions already completed/attended). * Processing: All requests must be submitted in writing to the Academy management for review.

3.4 No Refunds for Missed Sessions: No refunds, credits, or fee adjustments will be made for sessions missed by the Player due to illness, conflicting appointments, holidays, or personal reasons (see Section 4).

4. Attendance and Make-Up Sessions

4.1 Absence Notification: Parents/Guardians must notify the Academy of any planned Player absence at least 24 hours in advance.

4.2 Make-Up Session Policy: Make-up sessions are not guaranteed and are offered strictly subject to availability in an alternative, age-appropriate class during the same Term Course. * Limit: Players are typically limited to one (1) make-up session per Term Course. * No Carryover: Unused make-up sessions or term credits cannot be carried forward to the next term.

4.3 Academy Cancellation: In the event the Academy must cancel a session (e.g., unforeseen facility closure or severe weather), the Academy will use best efforts to reschedule the session or provide a credit toward the next Term Course.

5. Player Conduct and Safety

5.1 Waiver: All Players must have a signed medical and liability waiver on file prior to participation.

5.2 Liability: The Academy is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by the Player while attending sessions, unless directly caused by the negligence of the Academy or its staff.

5.3 Behavior: Players are expected to uphold the Academy’s core values (Respect, Effort, Integrity) at all times. The Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate the enrollment of any Player exhibiting dangerous, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior, without eligibility for a fee refund.

5.4 Attire: Players must wear the official Jyeo_FootballAcademy kit, including suitable footwear and shinguards, to every session.

6. Communication and Data

6.1 Contact: The Parent/Guardian is responsible for ensuring the Academy has current and accurate contact information (email and phone number).

6.2 Photography: The Academy reserves the right to take photographs or videos of sessions for marketing, promotional, and coaching purposes. Parents/Guardians must notify the Academy in writing if they wish to opt-out of all media use.

6.3 Policy Updates: These T&Cs are subject to change. The most current version will always be published on the Academy website. Continued enrollment after any change constitutes acceptance of the new T&Cs.
